Site Plan

Delivery area

A dedicated area for our delivery vehicles to park is provided where ever possible, this will be approx. 15 x 2.6 m with a max load of 26,000 kg: most restaurants have 3 deliveries a week, normally before midday.

Drive-thru menu board

Our menu board shows all our menu items and is situated just before you order at the window or through a speaker post.

Order and pay window

All new Drive-Thru's have 2 windows, the first where you order and pay; during busy periods this will be face to face with one of our restaurant team but during quieter times through a speaker mounted in the window frame.

Customer car parking

A typical Drive-Thru will have 30 car park spaces including 2 close to the entrance for customers who are less mobile.

Customer seating

Our seating is zoned for families and groups who want to eat together, with upholstered seating and comfortable booths or contemporary timber chairs, and for those who want a quick bite there is the kitchen table and high counters with stalls.

Drive-thru leader boards

Our Drive-Thru's have 2 leader boards in the car queue area for promoting the latest offers.

Grill bays / large order waiting bays

Two spaces/grill bays for Drive-Thru customers in the event they have to wait for a large order.

Order collection window

The second window is where you collect your order, during the quieter periods you would also pay here.

Bike rack

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable development policy we provide covered bicycle racks at all new Drive-Thru's to encourage our customers to use an alternative to the car.
